Your Instructor and Personal Trainer Rob Binns


Growing up in New Zealand Rob was very active in Rugby, Squash and Martial arts, where he played at provincial and national levels. Leading a very active life was installed in him from a very early age and carries on today.


After travelling the world for 5 years and living in London where he studied personal training with Premier Training, Thai yoga massage and advanced Thai yoga massage with Kira Balaskas. He now owns and runs his private personal training Gym in Mount Maunganui.


He continues his quest for knowledge in the fitness industry and searches out the best in their fields to train with and obtain the best techniques for his clients. This is where he found Alan Orr who he trained with in Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun, Tui Na and Warrior fighting fitness. He also trained with Steve Cotter in kettle bells and Leo Negao in Brazilian jujitsu.


Rob also trains local Club Premier Rugby Team, Mount Maunagnui Sports.
